Order Processing Times

Processing Time: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) or on weekends will be processed the following business day. Custom or made-to-order items may require an additional 7-10 days to produce.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Canada: All taxes are applied at checkout (no extra charges upon delivery).

United States and International: Shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Use our Order Tracking Page to monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Delays and Issues

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or weather conditions.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return to Sender or Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs fees, or unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

Refunds for unclaimed or undeliverable packages will exclude original shipping fees.

Shipping to Remote Areas or PO Boxes

PO Box Addresses: We can deliver to PO boxes within Canada and the US using standard shipping. Remote or Rural Areas: Delivery times may be extended for remote locations.
